These really get our heart rate up for maximum results!
- Make a box with four objects.
- Stand in the middle.
- Start by taking a step forward toward the front left object with your left foot.
- Then step forward with your right foot toward the front right object.
- Step back with your left foot toward the back left object.
- Step back with you right foot toward the back right object.
- Do this quickly like a run.
- Breathe naturally.
