Full Body Exercises: Bear Squat
  
Bear Squats are great for your whole body! They work your legs, middle and upper body all at once and at the same time get your heart rate up! - Start on all fours on the ground.
- Lift your knees about 2 inches of the ground so they are suspended.
- Crouch back and sit on your calves (Keeping your knees 2in off the ground).
- Then using your leg strength push yourself back to the starting position. (Still keeping your knees off the ground.)
- Repeat quickly.
- Breathe in when you rock back, out when you spring forward.
