Here's a way to work those inner thighs as you work your abs and lower back.

  1. Lie on your back, knee bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Place ball between legs and raise legs up so hips is bent to 90 degrees.
  3. Drop ball and grab it once it bounces back up.
  4. Repeat...
