Exercise Ball Exercises: Crunch with Exercise Ball

The crunch is your basic abs exercise.  Doing it with the ball challenges you a little bit more. Just do a few of these there are a bunch of other great abs exercises in this book that will work your abdominals quicker and with less repetition.

  1. Lie resting the small of your back on the ground and holding the ball behind your head.
  2. Lift up your chest and arms by squeezing your stomach muscles.
  3. Hold for a count.
  4. Lower yourself back down and repeat.
  5. Exhale up, Inhale down.
