The Duck Walk is one of the many animal walks we've included for you to use.  Each animal walk, including the Duck Walk, uses different muscles and helps with balance, circulation, cardiovascular health and digestion/elimination. Make sure you breathe normally during this and all animal walks.

  1. Get into a squatting position with your hands at your sides.
  2. Step forward with your left foot, then with your right foot.
  3. Keep walking like this until you can't go any further.
  4. Breathe naturally.
