Medicine Ball Exercises: Medicine Ball Twist

Very similar to the Tai Chi Twist.  This exercise will really loosen up your spine and tighten your obliques at the same time.

  1. Stand with knees slightly bent holding the ball at your waist.
  2. Rotate your truck side to side engaging in your stomach muscles. 
  3. Breath naturally and repeat.
