Exercise Ball Exercises: Leg Raises

This exercise is very similar to the walkouts.   Working on shoulder stability and core strength, while isolating your glutes. This one is for the ladies!!

  1. Start in push up position, again the further off the ball you are the harder the exercise.
  2. Lift on leg at a time off ball and hold for 2 seconds.  Repeat with other leg.
