Changing Your Fitness Motivation and Physiology Activity
By Kevin Gianni
Printer-Friendly Format

This is an extra activity you can do to change your physiology and get the fitness motivation you've been looking for!

Changing Your Fitness Motivation and Physiology Activity:

Pick a day in the next 2 or 3 days when all you do is focus on your physiology.

Every time you do something new, I want you to adjust your physiology so that you are smiling and sitting or standing up straight. So when you pick up the phone, smile and straighten your posture. When you walk into the bank, smile and straighten up. When you meet someone new, smile and straighten up.

Put something around your wrist that will remind you to do so throughout the day. Maybe a watch you never wear or a bracelet or a rubber band. If you don't have a reminder you won't make it very far into the day.

Print out this page and at the end of the day, come back to the print out and make a journal entry below about how you felt during the day or if there was something that really worked for you. Were you able to have more confidence doing something? Did you close a deal you might not have otherwise? Did you have a great workout?

Journal Entry:
