Exercise Tracking Sheet for Busy People
By Kevin Gianni
Start Using an EASY System to Track and Plan your Workouts I'd like you to keep track of what you do and it doesn't have to be complicated. Your life is complicated enough. We've created a revolutionary and very easy to use point system to help you keep track of your activity. The system is revolutionary for its simplicity. Too many systems figure in too many variables making them hard to follow, rigid, repetitive and boring. The basis of our system is to get you to move—not to be concerned about how many calories you're burning. Here's how it works.
- Click on the link at the bottom of this page to download the Exercise Tracking Worksheet. (A .pdf file will open and all you have to do is save this to your desktop and then print it out!)
- Do any bodyweight exercise in the book, on this site, or anywhere else and when you do, mark 1 point on the worksheet. Each exercise you do—no matter how long, or how many reps—equals one point.
- The exercises do not have to be from this book for the system to work. If you do other exercises, mark them down as 1 point. It can be a stretch or a set of pushups. Doesn't matter.
- Walking, running, yoga and any other activities work as well. If you do any type of activity that brings your heart rate up, mark down 1 point for every five minutes of exercise. So if you walk for five minutes, mark 1 point. If you do yoga for 20 minutes mark 4 points.
- For beginners, strive to get 25-35 points a week. Intermediates, 45-55. Advanced, 65 or more.
