Nutritional Values and Calorie Counter from Nutrition Data

Printer-Friendly Format

Thanks to NutritionData.com, you can use this nutritional values and calorie counter to find out how many calories are in any food that you eat! It is a fantastic tool to use if you are on a weight loss program and want to shed the extra pounds fast!

All you have to do is search for the food that you want to analyze... a window will pop up that will take you to the NutritionData webpage. There you will find all the calorie content and nutritional value you'll need to keep track of your intake and get into shape fast.

The NutritionData site also has three awesome capabilities. There is a "Pantry" tool that you can use to add up all of your calories for the day so you can keep track online and see the nutrient value of everything you've eaten.

The "Pantry" tool also allows you to analyze your own recipes and will give you possible substitutes for other ingredients that have more nutrient value!

We love this site and we recommend that you use it to get a general idea of what nutrients you are taking in and what nutrient deficiencies they may have.

We don't necessarily recommend it for caloric intake, because every person has different needs. If you are looking at it for that purpose, make sure you adjust the RDI to your recommended caloric intake. The site numbers are based on 2,000 per day.
