The Pushup is one of those universal exercises that you can use to supplement any workout.  Thought you've mastered the conventional form…

  1. Place your hands on the side of the ball, shoulder width apart.
  2. Put your feet together.
  3. Inhale as you lower your upper body (Being sure you don't dip your hips) until your chest can touch the ball.
  4. Exhale as you push yourself back.
  5. Repeat.
