Lower Body and Leg Exercises - Side Leg Lift


Side Leg Lifts help with your stabilizing muscles and your butt. If you want a variation of the description below, you can spin your suspended leg clockwise or counterclockwise instead of just lifting.
- Lie sideways on the ground, with your elbow and forearm supporting your upper body.
- Bring your upper leg up into the air as far as you can.
- Bring it down, making sure it does not touch the other leg.
- Repeat this motion.
- Breathe naturally.
