Tired of your tire?  This one can help you shrink your sides.

  1. Start out by lying on your side on the ball, you may need to have your sneakers on so you don't slip.
  2. Place your hands over your head and engage your obliques to pull your self up.
  3. Inhale to start and exhale on the way up.
  4. Repeat and switch sides.
