Skaters are fantastic for your lower body stabilizing muscles. These are the muscles that help you stay balanced!
- Start standing comfortably.
- Jump to your right, landing on your right foot and swing your arms to the right, just like a speed skater would.
- Jump to the left, landing on your left foot, and swing your arms to the left.
- Repeat quickly, breathing normally.
