Stretches - Standing Quad Stretch

The Standing Quad Stretch will lengthen your hip flexors so you will have greater range of motion and reduce the chance of injury while doing any activity.

  1. Stand up straight.
  2. Bend your leg at the knee and grab it from behind.
  3. Keep your body straight and stretch.
  4. Don't lean forward.
  5. Hold and breathe naturally.
  6. Switch legs.
