Full Body and Bodyweight Exercises - Starting Blocks
  

These are called Starting Blocks because when you bring your knees forward you look like a sprinter in the blocks. These are great for your entire body, for flexibility and for your cardiovascular system. Also known as Mountain Climbers!
- Begin is the standard pushup position.
- With your upper body stationary, rapidly alternate bringing knees to your chest.
- This should be like running in place.
- Every other knee to chest equals one repetition.
- Repeat.
