Full Body and Bodyweight Exercises - Star Jumpers

Star Jumpers are fun to do!  They get your energy flowing and workout your legs, arms and cardiovascular system.  You can even add some voice to this one… when you jump up give a big “Yeaaaaa!.”  I guarantee your physiology will change!

  1. Begin standing with knees slightly bent.
  2. Lower into a crouching position.
  3. Explode into the air and extend hands toward the sky.
  4. Land back in starting position.
  5. Repeat.
