We are convinced that wall walking works every muscle in your body!  Do this exercise and you will begin to increase your energy levels right away by opening up your spine loosening years of muscular stress.

  1. Stand with your back to a wall or tree or anything else you can wall walk down.
  2. Make sure you are about 3-4 feet away from the wall.  This depends on your height.
  3. Lean backwards and place your hands on the wall behind you.
  4. Slowly move your hands down the wall until your hands hit the floor.  Arch your back and come up to your tippy-toes as you move further down.
  5. Option 1: Turn to your stomach and repeat.
  6. Option 2: Walk BACK UP the wall.
