I often wonder why many people get what they want and why
others just can never put it all together.
Many people are in great shape--they look great, feel great,
and get out of bed with tons of fantastic energy.
Others are sluggish, lazy, tired and never can seem to get
any activity time or find the time to prepare a meal or two.
How are these people different?
Don't we all have the same anatomy?
Don't we run on the same amount of time?
The people who get it together don't have 27 hours in the
day. They have 24, just like you, me and everyone else on
this planet.
So what's the secret to great health and fitness?
If it was so easy, then we'd all be in great shape and 62%
of Americans wouldn't be trying to squeeze into their
skirts, jeans and pants everyday.
The secret is actually not so much a secret as it is a
habit.
If you're out of shape you probably have habits like eating
heavily after dinner, watching way too much TV, overthinking
everything, telling yourself that you'll start a program
tomorrow and never get around to doing it.
Those habits become you. Those habits make you fatter.
People who are successful create habits that are related to
their goals. And most importantly they take action when
opportunity arises.
How many times have you said, "I'm going to workout at X
O'clock" and never made it to the gym?
A person who is in great shape, says the same thing, then
goes at X o'clock. Sound like you?
If so, great!
If not, then you have a habit to create. You have to start
taking action toward your health and fitness goals. That
means finding a system that works for you.
If you don't you're going to continue to get the same old
lazy, tired, worn out results.
Do you want the same results you're getting now?
I want you to stand up against your old habits!
I want you to shout that you're ready to make a change. :-)
For the last year I've been putting together a comprehensive package for people who just like you who need a system that actually works. The "Busy Person's Fitness Solution" is finally here in electronic format!
