Here's a copy of the email I sent Coffeemate...

Dear Coffeemate,

I recently was shopping at the local grocery store and picked up your "Fat Free" non-dairy creamer product.

Becuase I'm health conscious, I took a look at the ingredients on the back of the product and saw that there actually is fat in your product. Partially hydrogenated oils are fat.

I am aware of the FDA regulation that you can label a product "Fat Free" if it has less than .5 grams per serving of fat, but it is deceptive to put "Fat Free" on the label, particularly when there are more than 30 servings in a 16 ounce container.

What your company is doing is not fair to the communities and individuals who are being duped by this deceptive practice.

As a consumer, I ask that Coffemate, please to remove the "Fat Free" labeling so the consumer can purchase the product with confidence that they know what's in it.
