About Jonathan Ross: Jonathan Ross' motivation as an ACE-certified Personal Trainer has allowed him to quickly move up the proverbial career ladder over the last eight years. He has held his current position of personal training director at Sport Fit - Total Fitness Club in Bowie, Md., since 2002, which stemmed from serving two years as fitness director for the same company. He began his career in personal training in 1998 at the Sport & Health Club in Crystal City, Va., after realizing his personal mission to help obese people live healthier and happier lives. In addition to working at Sport Fit, Ross operates Aion Fitness, LLC - the successful in-home personal training business he opened in 2001. Ross has garnered favorable media attention as well. He was named among the "top 100 Trainers in America" by Men's Journal, and his fitness columns have appeared in the Washington Post, The Capital, The Bowie-Blade News and The Crofton-Crier newspaper.
