How to Be a Superhero and Find True Fitness Motivation

I just saved the day.

It's not often that you can wake up and by 9:00 AM and be a superhero, but today I did and am a superhero.

A week ago, I took some success advice and took action on it and now it's elevated me to superhero status. Right up there with Superman and Green Lantern.

This isn't an ego thing or a goofy way to get your attention. It's true and you can be there too.

You can feel as great as I do right now. You can be focused on your health and wellness goals and can achieve them easily. You can lose weight effortlessly. You can eliminate the guilt and fear and shame that's attached to achievement and weight loss and success.

You can finally... breathe. :-)

By now you probably want the advice that my friend gave me...

The advice was to ask yourself specific questions in the morning that would guide your day.

These are creation questions. Questions that most people never ask themselves. Questions that create massive success.

So I thought about it for a few minutes and put that on my *list* of things to do.

I finally did it three days ago.

I typed up three questions on a piece of paper and taped them next to my nightstand.

And to be honest, I forgot about them.

But this morning, I really didn't want to get out of bed. It was warm. I was enjoying the time to rest.

I turned to my left and the questions were there right where I taped them... next to the nightstand... they were inviting me to just answer one.

So I did. I took 3 seconds (yes, just 3 seconds) and answered one.

The answer surprised me. Not because of what it was, but because it changed my thoughts about what I wanted to do. I didn't want to be in bed anymore. I wanted to accomplish something. So I jumped (flew) out of bed and started my day in a complete and focused frenzy.

Which leaves us up to right now.

Imagine getting out of bed with such a purpose?

Imagine what it would be like if you had a purpose each day and could go to bed knowing you've reached a goal... whether it's health, weight loss, fitness motivation, success or whatever else you want to accomplish...

Imagine how amazing that life would be!
